"Called to get a quote on homeowners and auto insurance. Gave them all my information and was told that the agent was out for lunch and would return my call within 15-20 minutes. That was over a week ago and to this day, no one has called me back. If you can't get a quote, what must it be like if you have a claim. That day I was also soliciting other insurance company quotes and purchased borh policies from Liberty Mutual. If you are sold on State Farm, I would try another agent who might be more responsive and interested in earning your business. The reason I contacted this agency was that I receive requests in the mail from them monthly soliciting for my business. Well, a lot of wasted postage on their part because they didn't take advantage of the opportunity to earn my business."
